I've visited and serviced my 2015 BMW X5 on three occasions and found them to be friendly, responsive, focused on taking care of my needs. They offer drinks and pastry, internet, and areas to work and or relax while you wait. I've experienced BMW service in locations throughout the country and Chapman ranks in the upper 25th quintile. Highly recommended.
