The girls working there are not very helpful. They were all chatting with each other and did not offer any help until I asked. Also, the Ulta coupons rarely work. I understand there are restrictions on applying the coupon to certain brands, but this time I made sure I didn't have any of the excluded brands and the coupon STILL didn't work. The checkout person had no idea why the coupon wouldn't work. It feels like Ulta scams consumers with these ineffective coupons.
