So, i had been going to touro for almost ... 5 years I think , seeing someone new almost every time I went because dr. Martin was either booked or too sick to work ( I hope he's ok) . I saw kelly for pain in my leg that she had me do an ultrasound for. First and only time I had ever seen her. Then when I call to make a follow up appointment because my leg still hurts every time I sit and nothings been done to help or resolve the issue, I'm told that kelly has left and they " aren't taking new patients " . I remind them I'm not new. But they say no other doctors are taking new patients and no one I've ever seen before ( I've seen roughly 20 doctors there over the years) is still there. It was insane. So now I have no primary care doctor and am left confused and really angry.
I guess that's what I get for my years of loyalty to this place.
