I walked in 1st time and felt confusing, like where do I order? No sign..eh ok! I walked up to the counter and said "Hi, it is my first time in" and I just got a stare. I was trying to be friendly and it only felt awkward. I asked what a Cortana was as I have never heard of it and got a basic answer..I was kinda hoping for a suggestion or a "you can add a flavor" or something but just got the awkward stare. My son and I got the Cortana, which I wish I knew it was basically a large shot..daughter got a chai latte which she liked but we all walked away feeling like..that was weird! Employees had No personality!
