Take your car elsewhere! $77 to change a headlight! A few days after Big O did some major work on my car, I got a "service vehicle" light on my car, so I took it back to them. First they tried to tell me it would be $99 for someone to come out and diagnose the problem, since they could not find the problem. Then I noticed that a headlight had burned out: this turned out to the source of the problem. They proceed to give me a quote: $50 for labor and $77 total. I burst out laughing, thinking they couldn't be serious, but unfortunately they were. Needless to say, I took my car to Jiffy Lube, who does lights for $18 total, and will not be back. Contacted a manager about the problem, and he just defended their prices, stating that they go by their estimate book. Don't trust their estimates!
