If Angela is working, go elsewhere. She moves like a sloth. It took over an hour for her to rent a trailer to the customer in front of us and to return our unused moving boxes. She had to run our return 4 times because she kept charging us for more boxes instead of returning them. SMH. When asked for a manager, she said they had gone home for the day. It was 3pm on Thursday. If she is untrained then someone should help her before leaving her to fend for herself. One worker walked in and she said she could use his help. He then walked out and didn't return. I'm never coming back to this location.
