This is for the Auto Service location - not the main store. And also not the oil change place. The Oil Change place is awesome.
This place is terribly understaffed. They are rude and abrupt with customers as if it is an inconvenience for them to help you. The one guy with glasses and dark hair needs a lesson in customer service.
My car stopped working on Wednesday night - had it towed to the service centre and was left in the parking lot. Went in Thursday morning and asked them to look at it. They called back saying the car cannot be fixed by them and I need to bring it to the dealership. Go back and get a tow truck to pick it up at Canadian Tire... The car was never moved. They didn't do anything to see what was going on with the car. The CAA tow truck guy hooks up his battery charger and car starts up. Turns out my battery was leaking some acid and all I needed was a new battery.
I will never bring my car here again for any service.
