I do NOT recommend shopping online at Kirkland's. The items take forever to be received. When you refuse an order, as I was told to do, getting a refund is near impossible. Customer service rarely responds back to emails. It has been eight days and they still have not refunded my PayPal account. According to Kirkland's rep, who finally responded once but not to my additional replies, it is the fault of PayPal taking two or three days to refund the money. They do not take ownership of the fact they never processed the refund. Perhaps they hope the customer does not notice the refund is not given....
