I recently moved to Scottsdale from the East Coast. I saw that this place was the highest rated in the area and decided to go! The first time I went I asked for an undercut with a 2 on the sides and 2 inches cut off the top (long hair). The barber forgot to put the adapter on the razor and cut all my hair off on the right side. The barber cut the top of my hair in a hasty manner and unevenly at that! As far as I saw shampooing wasn't offered. I went back one more time thinking it was just a bad day for the barber that was one hell of a mistake! The second time I went in I asked for an undercut with the sides faded. What I got was a disconnected undercut and once again the top section of my hair was cut horribly. I would not recommend going here!
