Food was mediocre, and the service was AWFUL.
The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week, and they smelled SO bad!!! I lost my appetite after using the restroom.
I mentioned the bathrooms needed to be cleaned to the manager, and he just nodded at me and walked away. No apology, didn't say they would clean them ASAP, nothing. The booths and wallpaper look like they came out of a cheap motel. The decorations they put up for Valentines were literally from the DOLLAR STORE. This is supposed to be a 5 star restaurant.
When we go and spend $200 for the two of us on a Holiday, we expect excellent service and food, but we would have gotten better service and food at APPLEBEES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
