Allow me to share a situation with Ken: Had a tenant question. Googled info and found this number. Called at 5pm. Answered by Ken. Asked if I could be placed on a brief hold. Of course, no problem. Ken came back on the phone and asked how he could help me. I said I had a question. This was the immediate response "Ok, but you must not share any circumstances or relevant information regarding the question as I have another gentleman on the line who has been patiently waiting for me". Holy WTF? I said "Never mind, you're rude" and hung up on Ken. I then emailed the organization asking who answers the phone? Why would I be talked to like this, etc? Well, apparently it's Ken. Because he emailed me right back with a scathing and incorrect account of our conversation. My favorite part is when he goes on for paragraphs about what time I called, who else was waiting, he deals with domestic abuse stuff and how DARE I demand his time. What planet are you on Ken? I don't know your schedule? I don't know why you got back on the phone with me while you had a much more important situation to handle. And, I never demanded a thing. Ever. I'll miss our time together Ken. But, I'm sure you'll battle me here or send me another weird, threatening, passive/aggressive email.
