I've been going to this location for a long time since it's so close to my house. As of recently, I've noticed a few new employees and my experience has gone downhill since then.
My boyfriend and I had the worst customer service last night. We arrived a whole hour before close and they were already starting to put things away. First of all, we show up and stand in front of 3 employees behind the counter who were too busy having a personal conversation with their backs turned to acknowledge us. The manager, of all people, should know that personal conversations need to stop the second a customer walks through those doors. She then turns to us and says,"One second", and continues her conversation. Second, having cleaning products out on counters as our food was being prepared was a major health violation. And lastly, I didn't order my steak bowl with a side of attitude when I ask for guac.
I always be sure to say "please" and "thank you"--I know what a long day feels like in the restaurant industry. But when I just get off my own 10 hour shift behind the bar, the last thing I need is to have a run in with rude employees at my favorite restaurant.
