I've been a patient of Dr. Wilson for about 18 years. Her office staff is extremely caring and efficient. Consistently: every time I've called or sent an email to her office with a question or request, her medical assistant has returned my call or email promptly and warmly. It's wonderfully reassuring to rely on this quality level of attention. I would not describe Dr. Wilson as a "warm and fuzzy" caregiver, but she's a superb doctor who cares about her patients' health. After one of my exams and ultrasound, Dr Wilson reviewed my tests and was worried that I had a mass in my abdomen. Dr. Wilson herself called me at 8:30 on a Friday night and asked me to come in on the Saturday for an ultrasound. It turned out to be ok, but I was so grateful for her immediate attention to my health! Another thought... Dr. Wilson's staff stays with her for many years. One nurse that I've come to know has been with Dr. Wilson for 20 years. She is very proud to work there and loves her job. Long term employee satisfaction comes from the top down, and reveals the true quality of care by Dr. Wilson's medical practice.
