A Vietnamese restaurant added to the the already Mexican and Chinese food dominated area!! The place is owned by Phat - pronounced Pat and not Fat! LOL....he's a funny guy. The food was simple and delicious. I had the pho (beef soup), grilled pork, catfish w/ginger and spring roll. I had better ones, but this one passes the test. The soup's temperature could be hotter though. They have only been open 5 months in the same strip as Food City.
