I started going here to get my nails done in February, was pleased with the girl who was doing my Fills and Pedicures. I went there in May and was told about a new procedure called Gel Dip so I decided to try it, was very happy. The next time I want to get a Fill done I was told taht the manufacturer had recalled the product because too many people were having reactions, I told them I loved it and to keep any remaining product for me. The girl who did my fill this time is the Owners wife and she did such a horrible job., I asked her to redo 2 of my nails because they were so bad. She did redo them but not much better. I usually can go 3 to 4 weeks in between fills but after 1 week my nails were so bad, (broken) that I had to go back. I called and spoke with the owner and explained that I was not happy with the Fill that had been done and wanted to go back to Acrylic instead of the Gel Dip. I went in this morning and have never been treated so rudely in my life. I was told that they did not do Acrylic Nails anymore because the health Inspector said they couldn't!!! that the only reason she was doing mine was because I already booked the appointment. She said that I would have to get the Gel nails next time, I can not wear the Gel because of an allergy to a chemical they contain. She said that wouldn't happen there, yeah right!!! I will never go back there. There are way too many Nail Salons in Calgary for someone to have to put up with being treated so rudely!
