Our first working relationship with Robert Realty and particularly Karen started in 2009. We were residing in LA, but had a rental property in LV. So we needed a real estate agent who could help us to get new tenants. And we were so lucky to meet Karen. She was very professional and helpful to get new tenants in a few days. During those few days we became so close that we decided to invite her and Robert to our son's wedding in LA, which they accepted graciously.
In a couple of years later we needed Karen's help again. This time we were traveling in Europe and all of a sudden our tenants decided to move out. We contacted Karen right away and she helped us during this difficult for us time. We could talk to her by phone practically any time. Soon we had new tenants moved in. The transition from old tenants to new ones went smoothly because of Karen's hard work and dedication.
Since then I and my wife have retired. So recently we decided to get rid of our rental property. It never crossed our mind to look for another real estate agent. Karen was there to help us in this transaction as well. Our property required many repairs. Karen provided us with names of many qualified specialists that saved us a great deal of time and money. She also spent many weekends at open house in our property. We worked with her as a team. Soon we got a buyer and we were about to close the deal, but at the last minute the buyer failed to be qualified for the loan. We all were extremely upset. But Karen was able to get involved and help the buyer to get the needed loan, with an interest rate significantly lower than the original one!
Thus in all three transactions Karen provided us with invaluable assistance. She exceeded all our expectations.
