My experience here was outstanding. From calling in to make my appointment and all the way to my very last appointment. The doctor and staff were professional, he is always on time, and they were very very friendly. I felt totally at ease. Dr. Happel's bedside manner was great. He was very thorough and he told me everything to expect. Everything he told me was correct. There were no surprises. I did so much research into finding the best vein doctor in the city. I was successful. His office is the only accredited vein center in all of Pittsburgh. That is the reason I came here. I knew I was in the best of hands. It was far for me but that wasn't important because I wanted to go to the best, not the closest just out of convenience. My legs look great and feel so much better. I highly recommend Happel. If you have bad veins, you want to come here.
