And the area I live at in this community is very peaceful with beautiful view of the golf course and mountains from our back yard. I have friendly neighbors as well.
The pool has security like raging waters does. It is kind of like a mini water theme park. You can't just bring whatever you want like some community pools. The security guard checks your bags before you enter the gate to ensure everyone's safety since half of the pool is designed for children. What I love about our security guards at the entrance of our community is that they record everyone's license plate before they can enter.
When people have parties, the street may be filled with guest cars temporary, but everyone usually leaves by 9pm. I guess everyone has that one neighbor that spy on other residents and never has anything good to say when spreading gossip hahaha.
