Colorful team of young guys.... it took me over two hours to get my phone and contacts switched over....Glad I didn't have anything else to do....more training needed here for sure. Also they were completely sold out of the Samsung 7 edge...with no suggestions as to how I could get one TODAY. All of this after they had already ported my number over...so I HAD TO GET SOMETHING or go without service for days...which of course is a heck naw! Management should have their tails spanked for leaving these 3 Amigos alone at the helm. But they kept me entertained with their crude jokes and low brow rap music lol. The Manager was in the back by the way...I was shocked that in 2 hours he hadn't come out from hiding....must have been on a long break...you know the old saying...it all trickles down from the top. I was held hostage because they ported my number BEFORE checking on available stock. Anyway....go here to pay a bill only..nothing more.
