I am very dissatisfied. My pay my bill every month - early most of the time at that, and my internet does not connect to my TV, along with everytime I go into my cox account and it always says "Inturuption" with a red X next to it by my WIFI. I contacted 2 agents now and both were unhelpful. The first agent didn't offer any troubleshooting options except to send a tech out. I restarted my router prior to contacting a cox agent and was still unsuccessful. The tech arrived and restarted my router (like I did the night before) and entered my network password onto my tv (like I also did) and proceed to tell me "it's a tv issue, you'll need to call the tv manufacturing company". I previously already contacted them because I was always able to connect my wifi to my tv, the tv manufacturing company said that it IS a wifi/internet company issue". I again reached out to a 2nd agent and he proceeds to tell me that he can send a "senior tech" out to figure out my issues. I am not paying for techs to come out here to do the same exact thing I have done(told this to both agents) it is unacceptable. I will be reaching out to management and taking my business else where.
