Nothing exciting about this location. It's hidden away in "The Underground," which connects the self parking garage to the main lobby of the MGM Grand.
They have ice cream (obviously), and also make smoothies and shakes, as well as sundaes and other things. It's a small ice cream stand, with no seating. So be prepared to walk and eat after getting your cone.
The service is friendly. However, the prices are outrageous! It's almost $8 for a smoothie. Holy cow! You are definitely paying for convenience in a large Strip hotel.
