I love my car, so when I needed a new air shock on my Mercedes CLS550, I read a LOT of reviews and called a few places. Everywhere I called needed an appointment and couldn't see the car for almost a week, so I made an appointment hoping the problem wouldn't get any worse in the meantime. Then I tried G&G Autohaus, even tho it's on the other side of town from me. No appointment needed!?!? Awesome. I got a quote, which was much lower than I feared it would cost, and I brought it in right away and cancelled the appointment I made elsewhere. They ran a diagnostic and checked my brakes within 15 mins and said the brakes are at 60% and the shock indeed needed replacing. I also got an oil change while it was gonna be there. It was late in the afternoon, so I planned to leave it overnight and pick it up the following afternoon. I got a call at 11:30am the next morning saying it was ready. I was charged exactly the quoted amount, and the new shock also has a 3 year warranty, which is great. They've been around for a long time for a reason. They're efficient, very helpful, and friendly. You can tell they understand the value of repeat business. I will definitely be back to G&G, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their Mercedes.
