Zero stars should be an option! What an awful excuse for a business! I got stuck with these losers because of my crappy home warranty company. They try to filter all calls through an answering service that knows nothing about the company of any of the technicians. I finally got a number of an actual employee and they stopped answering their phone. They make appointments and promises and don't make good on any of them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!! ABSOLUTE SCUM!!!!
