I did not have an good experience. I went to LensCrafters one month ago to get lenses for some Oakley eyeglasses. They told me tens days to get back from Oakley. I called fourteen days later and they could not find my order. I went back into the store and showed my receipt so we started again. I just went in again today seventeen days after the second order and now they tell me that they were back ordered and what would I like to do. My answer is not use Lenscrafters again!
