So far so good as a tenant working with R&C. I did have an A/C issue last summer, which took 5 days to get fixed because we had to wait for home warranty. However, Rich let us borrow a legit portable air conditioning unit in the meantime. We really appreciated that because we know it went above and beyond their property management duties. Recently, I had a dishwasher issue that was promptly handled.
I would recommend working with Rich. He's quick to respond and gets it when it comes to the tenant's needs.
Once we move out in another year, I will update this response on how they work with the returning of deposits and such.
