I bought the Groupon (1 hr massage, 1 hr facial, pedicure) for my husband and I. His massage was 30 minutes, he timed it. Although I didn't time my services, we finished about the same time so I'm sure mine was also cut short. Our masseuse had very rough hands, which was distracting. I also missed having my scalp massaged, that's one of my favorite parts of a massage. My husband asked for concentration on his lower back and shoulders but she didn't even touch his lower back. My facial was heavenly but didn't include extractions. My husband had a guy do his facial and he wasn't impressed. Pedicures were mediocre. The nail polish they use is very cheap, like the 1 dollar bottles I buy at target, so by the next day I already had chipping. They didn't offer any drinks/wine to us but I overheard them offer other customers wine. Everyone was very nice and the facility was clean but if you don't want to provide quality services, then don't offer groupons. Would not go back.
