I was very excited to try Shaggy Chic at Tivoli Village. I called Friday to make appointment for my bichon. They had an opening Saturday at 8am. Great! They called back to change to 9am because of a scheduling conflict but said I could drop off my dog early if I needed to anytime after 8. I arrived Saturday morning at 815 (the hours say 8am Saturday). They were not open, no lights, etc. I called and got answering machine. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up to open the store. I had to leave because I had another appointment at 9am so I called and left a message that I guess I have to cancel since no one is here at the store. I never got a call back. No explanation. Bad customer service. I guess I'm glad my dog didn't have to experience the bad service first hand. We will not be returning. Very disappointing. I love Tivoli Village and Boca Park and frequent the businesses there often and have never experienced such bad service. Maybe there is an explanation but I'll never know.
