Very misleading advertisement on Living Social. I bought a deal on Living Social for this company. First off they arrived an hour late. Second, they evaluated our carpets and told us that they advertisement was only for a steam clean and that would not remove our stains. If we wanted the stains removed, we would have to pay an additional $75 for treatment. The guy also said he would only accept cash, then said he would accept a check after moments of hesitation. I even called the company number and the person on the other end confirmed that the charge was necessary. This sounds like a family business because the person on the phone and the person that came to our house had the same accent. I went ahead and paid since I didn't want to waste the coupon and he was already there. Certainly feels like I got scammed. See below for exact copy paste from Living Social. Nowhere on the advertisement does it say steam clean only. It certainly implies otherwise.
