This company is OK, but I would not hire them again. They get 2 stars because they showed up on time the first time I had scheduled them, and they did not damage anything.
I can't give them any more stars, though, because of what happened after. They weren't able to get everything into the truck in one trip, and it was late, so they told me they'd call us in the morning to come and move the remaining items. They did not call. After I called them, they rescheduled for the following Sunday (we could not move during the week because of work obligations). On Sunday, they called and said that they could not come and attempted to reschedule again, but at that point we would have no more weekend days on our lease at the old house, so my husband and I had to rent a truck from Uhaul and move the final few things (some of which were the heaviest/most unwieldy, like a treadmill) ourselves.
They generally attempted to be as accommodating as possible (other than cancelling on the Sunday pick-up), but at no point were we offered a discount or any sort of deal for this inconvenience.
