My 20 month daughter is a big fan of Daniel Tiger and so we made the trip from NYC over Labor Day weekend to visit the Daniel Tiger exhibit at the museum and to also meet Daniel Tiger.
The Daniel Tiger exhibit was great. My daughter ran from corner to corner in amazement as all the things she saw on the show came to life - the trolley, Daniel Tiger's home, the clock factory, the post office, the music shop, etc. I know it's a changing exhibit but I do hope they make it permanent as so many kids love Daniel Tiger and the exhibit was done really well. The room was crowded with kids and their parents.
The meet and greet with Daniel was an opportunity to meet him and take a picture.Seeing the joy on my daughter's face and watching her hug and kiss Daniel made the long car ride from NYC to Pittsburgh worth it! Thank you to the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh and the Fred Rogers Company for impacting a generation of children in such a positive way! We plan to be back!
