We had Nic build a fence for us years ago in our Litchfield Park house. When we bought a house in Central Phoenix we contacted him again to build a fence across part of the backyard and an enclosure. This business has the potential to be 5 stars plus. However, for us, their execution left a lot to be desired. First, their communication was very poor. Two different times they gave us estimates for when they would come out to install the fences. The date came ... no phone call. I called them and they gave us a new date. Finally the third time I followed up with them they scheduled a time, came out and installed the fences. They did good work except ... whoever painted some bolts put too much paint on them. Nic's crew had to remove the paint for the one fence and used unpainted bolts for the other one. Nic told me he would be back in a day or two to paint the bolts so I paid the rest of the money. Mistake - That was the last I heard from them. I called two more times. Nic told me he would get back to me. "Crickets" - No communication. I spent $2,800 for what was supposed to be high quality work. Because of a lack of follow through and his unwillingness to make it right, I have new fences with far less than perfect "bolts" (unpainted). As I indicated, scheduling was also a big problem. Pass these folks by and get someone else to install your fence. When you spend this much money you should deal with professionals who communicate and who take pride in their work.
