I love this hotel.. how so beautiful and how so cozy..!!!!
I have stayed at many boutique hotel cross North America and by bar this place is one of my top!
i didn't get room service or had the pleasure to get assisted with any restaurant choices so i cannot comment on the concierges, but can't be worse then Thompson.. sorry but i rather stay here then the Thompson by far
it's comparable to Hazelton but with little less price tag and better location in my opinion..
or is u r from Vancouver Opus would be a great comaprson, as far as the look and the location goes..
