It's a place to sleep. The rooms on the lobby-side of the building are noisy on account of the echo-chamber that is the lobby. I suggest requesting a room on the outside-side of the building.
There are banquet halls, so the hotel gets conventions and parties that can get a little rowdy in wee hours of the morning -- like pulling the fire alarm.
They have a shuttle that will pick you up or drive you to different area locations, but it doesn't run on Sunday.
