First, the chopped salad is probably one of the best salads ever. A must have if you are here. I love that it was mixed table side and my favorite component was strangely the freeze dried corn, very creative! All ingredients went together perfectly. I am not normally a smoked salmon fan either but it all just worked. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable not only about the menu but also wine. Entrees left a bit to be desired...I got the seabass, it was 2 thin filets with skin on. I have always had my seabass as a thick filet and this preparation just didn't do it for me. We did get a bag of their pecan bacon brittle to go and it is delicious, not overly sweet and a bit smokey from the bacon which was nice. The brittle is a great gift and a nice local item. If I lived in Scottsdale I would swing by for a lunch of chopped salad but didn't have strong feelings about return for dinner entrees.
