We chartered our own bus with Sweetours to the Hoover Dam and were so lucky to Derek as our driver. He was very knowledgeable and was extremely accommodating. If we have the opportunity to use Sweetours in the future we will. What a great value!
If you call to book a charter don't waste your time talking to Mary, she is not very pleasant and won't take the time to understand what your needs are. If you get her, hang up, call back, and ask for Nichole, she is AWESOME and will take great care of you. If it wasn't for Cynthia the phone operator (total sweetheart), I never would have called back after speaking to Mary. We would have missed out on a fun opportunity!
