We hired Dave from Duke Inspection to inspect a house that we are under contract on. He was great. Prompt, thorough, patient with our questions. He explained everything and highlighted the more serious issues while reassuring us about more minor issues. I think the price was slightly higher than others that we saw advertised, but a home inspection isn't something to skimp on, and we are very glad we didn't.
