I was having problems with going sideways and backwards trying to do Free Motion Quilting. I talked the him over the phone and he sounded good. I dropped the machine off. A couple of days later he called and asked what I was trying to do with the machine. I explained again and he said I had to use a hoop. Huh? He didn't have any fabric to test with, no batting or anything quilting related. He asked me to drop off a test piece. When I brought the test piece in he had no idea what FMQ was, kept calling it Free Motion Embroiderey. I told him I was trying to do stippling, never heard of that either. Told me he looked up FMQ on the internet and you needed a hoop. He gave me back my machine and refunded my money. DO NOT GO TO HIM IF YOU ARE A QUILTER!!!!!!!!!!!
