I honestly don't know if this is the Shasta Pools in Mesa. My husband called the general Shasta Pools customer service number for the Phoenix area. Our pool was originally put in by Shasta. We're in Gilbert. The service was fine, but the gentleman was here for 20 minutes and simply replaced a light bulb and fixture for our Spa light (Shasta has unusual size bulbs that we only could get replaced by Shasta). It cost $495. The repairman said that they always charge for 2 hours of labor no matter how small the job. It's called their "time standard." I think they are very overpriced.
