Stayed here on my final baseball stadium road trip. The room was decent but the hotel charged for wireless and wired internet. In addition to that, the elevators were working off and on the night we arrived. The beds were comfortable enough but the bathroom sink was super shallow and small. Not sure they couldn't get a regular deep sink?
The lobby lounge area was a nice place to relax with the fancy fountain as a nice ambient background noise. The concierge was very helpful during our trip and our group gave him a couple of extra Blue Jays tickets as a thank you gift.
If I'm ever back in Toronto, I probably may come back here because of the service and help from the concierge guy.
