Patricia Spann is one of the worst agents I encountered. She's a pathological liar and bat crazy and told her office manager all kinds of bull pucky to try'n make her BS seem legit. Sadly, the office manager is a piece of work too. She was argumentative to the point of being absurd. Patricia told me looking at more than 4 homes in one day was too many because she is sloth. A new home builder has four models..that's too many? Her lazy and large rear could have sat in the sales office or on the sofa of an MLS listing! It's time to retire when you can't perform normal essential job functions. She NO SHOWED when she knew I was literally on my way from out of state to look at specific homes Wtf? Who does that?! One of my best friends works at another Windemere location and he was appalled and so embarrassed to have referred me to this office!
