I stumbled upon this review and I had to write something. They do a good job as far as I can see with keeping our community clean and so on. I had the same thing happen to me as mentioned below. I got a notice of lien intent for non payment. I pay bills on line through my bank. They changed their address 4 months ago and we never received notice. Now we have 80 in late fees and so on. Haven't heard back from them. I assume it was a miscommunication/misunderstanding? Looked on my bill pay and sure enough they were all rejected from processor at their end. UPDATE- They made good on this and waived my fees.
