I've been to LIDS stores all over. Always kind of the same thing. People selling hats. Today, I had Kenny working and he was amazing. I went in for a special hat with embroidery for a recently deceased relative. I had a hard time vocalizing what I wanted put on the hat. Kenny was patient, understood my difficulty and was super professional. Employees like that are few and far between nowadays at any business. He helped bring a smile to my face and get me through the day. Thank you!
