Their online payment portal was down for over three days over a long holiday and I almost got a late charge! I couldn't mail anything b/c the post office was closed and I couldn't get a hold of a service rep on the phone after waiting an entire HOUR and when I went to their HQ downtown, they said they don't handle customer service their and it's only by phone. Really horrible, shady, unaccountable business and if there was another service I could switch to, I would.
