Been a customer over the last 17 years and 2 heatpumps. Overall this company is average at best over their range. I will not pick them the next time. Main reason is because their service is not great. Their techs range from lousy to very good. But my experience was that most of the techs I have dealt with were skewed to the lousy end. They've left loose screws lying about, not closed gates upon leaving, miswired motors, not bothered with booties upon entering the house, misdiagnosed problems, mismeasured an elbow replacement, and crossed ducts. Got to blame management for that. Unless they make you a deal you can't refuse, look elsewhere.
