Wow, I am pretty blown away by the response I received following my Yelp review. Here is proof the company does read their reviews and respond to their customers. Yesterday I received a phone call from the owner of Desert Liquidators apologizing for the phone incident that occurred in my previous post. He graciously offered to allow us to return the tile and grout for a full refund, as well as provide us with store credit towards a future purchase. I am speechless. I truly thought my review would go unanswered and I was accepting of the fact that the tile and grout were now ours. While it was not a big deal, we could have used or sold the tile and grout, it was more the customer service I received over the phone that I was disappointed with. The owner apologized for his employees' behavior and I could tell he geniually cared about his business and his customers. I was also pleased to learn that Desert Liquidators is a family owned business and I believe in supporting local, family owned businesses, so I will happily change my initial review based on the follow up from the owner. Well done Desert Liquidators.
