I've been here several times and absolutely love the food, but it is a completely shitty experience ordering. They only have two kiosk computers for you to place your order on and the line always gets backed up. A couple times they had an awesome lady to help people who didn't understand how to order, but the last few times, no one was around to help. My boyfriend and I went here tonight and there were two elderly couples attempting to order in front of us. They were clearly having issues and the staff just stood there and watched them, I even saw a couple of the guys go into the back and laugh at them. I had to step up and order everything for them just to get the line going. The whole thing was absolutely ridiculous. Food is awesome, but they need to step it up big time with the customer service.
