Went by one week ago and asked the receptionist to request my glasses script from my previous optometrist. I filled out a fax request and asked to call me as soon as they received the script since my glasses broke. Haven't heard a thing. I was hoping to take care of this upon my return from a week long business trip. I wanted to start giving my business to an establishment that was closer to me but this place made a poor first impression. Guess I will continue the search.
Changed my review to 4 stars. I received an immediate response to my above review both on Yelp and via phone. Had my appointment today and was nothing less than pleased with the exam and fitting. Thx to all.
