This is the most rider friendly shop in the history of bike shops. I have never written a review in my life but I want everybody to know this is the place to go to!!! My wife and I have been in for a bike fitting with Kaolin and this is a must for anybody on a bike. The customer service has been incredible every time I am there. Kaolin's customer service is above and beyond all expectations. He only cares about his customer and making sure there experience is 110% about them. If you are looking for a bike shop Flat Tire is a must. I used to frequent another shop in town but after my experience with Kaolin and Flat Tire, I will only go there and recommend any one that will listen to take there bikes there for a fitting or repair.
