I don't mind this mall, I go here all the time.
But the Rue 21 in here upset me. I could not find a post for it but I just wanted to let everyone know anyways.
I went to rue 21 the other day to get school clothes. They had an underwear sale for 5 for $7.50. I decided to get some, I waited at the check out counter for 10-15 minutes before someone came, all the while 3 different workers saw me standing there.
I went home and realized the underwear were too small so I went to return them. I got up to the check out counter and explained I wanted to return them because they're too small, he told me to go get a different size and he'll exchange them for me. I searched for 30 minutes for different sizes and went back up to the check out counter, there was a different girl who then left me standing at the counter for 5 minutes just to come back to tell me underwear were final sale.
I understand that some stores don't exchange underwear, BUT the cashier told me to go find different ones. I wasted my time because one of the cashiers made a mistake.
I will not be going back to that store.
