The most unprofessional and rude staff. I'm in the middle of treatment for Thyroid Cancer and there's is absolutely no customer service nor sense of urgency. My mass has grown over one cm in the past two months. Something to be concerned about...yes, but do the staff care? No! Had to push back a major move by a month and can't get in to see the doctor until the end of this month. Unacceptable when I've been trying to get this taken care of since May. I have lost all confidence in this office. Keep being sent in for duplicate tests due to incompetency. I will take my business elsewhere to a doctor that takes things seriously.
